These engagements involved being the Insurance Consultant to the arranger, bookrunner, underwriter and other financing parties involving acquisitions, bank loans, bond issues, concessions, dispositions, equity participations, income funds, leases, note purchases, private placements, privitizations, and work-outs.

In addition to power and energy, the projects have involved hospitals, hotels, manufacturing facilities, mining, office / retail complexes, postal services, stadiums, terminals, transportation infrastructure and water.

Power experience includes electric transmission, distribution and generation from biomass, coal, geothermal, hydro, methane, natural gas, oil, solar, synfuel, waste-to-energy and wind sources.

Energy projects have encompassed production, processing, transmission and distribution; on- / off-shore and maritime (LNG).
